After almost 5 weeks of the season, i thought id make a list of all _____ teams.


ALL "PLAYERS OUTPERFORMING THEIR ADP" TEAM

I think everyone knew Duhon and Nate would improve on last year's numbers, but the difference was where people were willing to draft them. Randolph added a 3 point shot to his statline before he got traded to the Clips. Nene has been awesome to start the season. And Ariza has been a pleasant surprise and one of the forgotten Lakers players behind the Big 4...one of whom ain't so big atm. Jason Terry has been shooting very well and very efficient statlines.

Marcus Williams has been the biggest fail this season. Was way overhyped during the preseason and has since been passed on the depth chart by no-names CJ Watson and Demarcus Nelson. With Anthony Morrow playing well and Crawford currently the team's PG, Marcus Williams isn't even seeing garbage time. Igoudala and Dalembert have been struggling to reproduce last season's numbers so far with Brand in the mix. Stuckey was also overhyped all over the internet after last season's playoff performance. Lamar Odom is at this point probably the worst player atm drafted in the top 50. Better times ahead for Lamar hopefully. Hakim Warrick = Big risk, Big fail. Tyson Chandler is currently ranked at 171 on averages by Yahoo.

Chandlers also been a big fail considering I could have got Biedrins. Though, he doesnt get much lower than what he's worth right now, so anyone thinking they can get a "trade low" deal can bend over and take it hard up the backer from Pride.

I still feel Chandler will neck up eventually.

Luckily budgette picked up Daniels who has been a beast.

Hey Force i'm not sure i'd call Young a sleeper. I picked him in the 7th round, which is the same round Prince got picked. Young has been very solid, and was expected to do well this year (well i expected him to).

He's technically a sleeper because it was predicted he would improve last season's numbers by a fair bit. Him being selected in the 7th round is just a reflection of the hype. He's no longer a sleeper because we know now for a fact that he has already improved on last season, but he was during the offseason.

It was probably more correct to say "Players who outperformed their ADP" but "sleeper" was just easier.

Nene at the top of the list, knew he was a good player but wasn't sure how he'd do without nutz. Got to add Hawes to this list, and I would add Bosh and Beidrins to it as well. DWade? Shaq? Roger Mason honorable mention, maybe Wilson Chandler, Daniels, Milsap, Haslem, Q, Murphy, Miles, and Prince since the trade.

The all Fail team

Baron Davis, Artest, Marion, Gasol, Nash, Aldridge, Mike Miller, Hamilton, Deng (basically almost everyone on the Bulls), Simmons, Moon.

How can Gooden be a fail when he is averaging almost 13 and 9? That's almost career highs for a guy who is at best, a "one dimensional" PF.

Outside of that, Rose has been very good for the bulls, but yeah you're right, everyone else on that roster has been useless.

Your right, Gooden and Rose are the only players on the team (I did say "almost"). Gordon when he's hitting his shots. Gooden is a good player but ever since he was with the Cavs in the playoffs and said that they needed to stop game planning and worrying about matchups, etc and just go out and play with their instincts etc I've thought he was a knob. He has improved since but still isn't much of a defensive player.

Oh there's no doubt he's a knob. All you got to do is look at him and his Scot Pollard hairstyles/beards and you know that he's a tool.

However if it werent for Him and Rose, this bulls team would be winless IMO.

With that being said, the bulls must hate good inside big men.

Not to mention they could have landed Amare or Boozer in the 02 draft but instead picked Jay Williams (that was unfortunate though) second.

That's their biggest issue, lack of inside help.

Not sure if i'd say Gasol is a fail yet. His scoring has gone up in the last couple, his shooting really well from the field, passing it well, and rebounding strongly. The only area he has been a disappointment in is the blocked shots.

I'm disappointed with his start considering i picked him in the 2nd round, but he's still playing a very efficient game.

my biggest dissapointments from the draft have been Bobby Simmons and Grant Hill. Considering i picked Hill instead of Barnes, that one really hurts.
