Nice win Cam and well done! You have a solid team! Murray and Kaminsky came out of nowhere! The injuries on their teams helped them get big minutes this week (of course on the week you play me). I think those guys especially Murray are going to be very good players in this league. I will take a 4-5 loss. I should have played G. Robinson with his 2/2 FT's that would have taken me over the top in that category. At the last second I pulled him off my roster thinking that he probably would be hurting my FG percentages when we were essentially all tied up in that category at the time. But, then an hour later after doing that I went to see that JR, Ellis and Teague were a combined 0 - 27 plummeting my FG%. My whole team combined for an average of 35% FG for the weekend!! OMG What!! LOL!! I never like playing on holiday short weeks because it seems like fluky things always happen. Like some players heads are out of the game. But only losing a point in the standings was a win in my book after all the players with injuries or coming off injuries playing at less than 100%. Half my team seemingly playing below their averages. It wasn't easy to watch! LOL But, it sure kept my interest all week! :-O

This was a fun week and one i really needed to test how my team has actually grown. Going up against a league elite and playing a level match certainly gives me some confidence that maybe i'm headed in the right direction. Holiday week and an awful Sunday by your guards certainly played in my favor, but those fluky things tend to balance out over the year. I think your team is still better and think you'll win our division yet, but maybe i really am a playoff team?

Don't sell yourself short. You can easily win this league. We are close in a lot of categories. It pretty much comes down to the luck factor once in the playoffs with all the things stated earlier in this post. Yes, the stronger team does have the edge in the playoffs but can easily lose any given week. I can think of many times when I crushed my league during the regular season sitting in the #1 seed only to lose in the first round by a sub par performance and good performance by the competitor mixed in with the luck factor and get crushed. I would not be surprised at all if you win this league.

Another loss, but thats not surprising at the moment. After trying to win straight away last year I'm trying to be patient and unearth some young keepers. Ive got a good core, just need some more support.

Cam, I too consider you elite status in Fantasy. This is the 3rd year we have been playing together and I have seen some great moves and decisions by you. I am glad to be playing against a top quality and very knowledgeable opponent. You and I will have our battles for years to come! :-)

Good win digital. My substitutions had to be perfect this week and they most certainly were not. That Wednesday and Friday overflow day combo just killed me. Everyone on my roster does about the same thing at about the same even level throughout the season… So on massive overflow days like we had this week it is just impossible to pick which of my players will outperform. Besides my bad substitutions, my team has been sloppy, careless, and disappointing these last couple weeks. Hopefully I can get back on track this week playing against one of my fellow cellar dwellers.

I contemplated sitting my evening players to win TO cat, but decided I like live on the edge. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png) As with the baseball championship against cam, I learned, don't tinker your roster on the last day or you'll end up losing when you try and get cute ![:(](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/sad.png)

That final Sunday of our baseball championship was the craziest afternoon of games i recall. Easy for me to say as i ended on the winning side, but that was fun and stressful.
The competitor in me loves those tight, strategy filled matchups. I think that challenge when you go against another strategic manager makes playing so much more fun. On the flip side, there is something to be said for coasting to a victory on that last Sunday.....
