Hey guys. Throwing this suggestion out due to the inactivity problem. Firstly, Im glad to see blanks has set his roster this week, however Hawks has been once again inconsistent.
Question for you guys. If I started setting his roster next week (babysitting it each day), would you guys have an issue with that? I wont lock him out, he'll have a week of this babysitting treatment, and if he fails to set his lineups then the plan will be me taking over his team by setting up a default email and changing owners, that way, I can set his rosters quicker as doing it by commish settings is average. I wouldnt manage his team in terms of adds or drops, trades ect, this would be simply put, me setting the roster, that's it. With the babysitting method, if he becomes active next week, he's free to change the rotations around whilst I'm setting his roster, but I need more consistency from him in order for this process to be eliminated. If he's inactive all of next week, locking him out WILL happen. But first, I think that some teams in here need the "baby" treatment, they need to be pulled along in a pram until they are big enough to walk by themself.
Let me know what you guys think, the way I'd set the roster on full days would be based on "overall league ranking (not form)" so that it won't be me sitting there deciding on who to play. So in hawks case, say he has a full rostered day, I'd start:
Holiday, Thornton, Terry, Pierce, Gasol, Anderson, Jefferson, Henderson, Afflalo, Gooden, Fernandez.
^ that is the starting default team on full rostered days.
Let me know your thoughts guys.
If I hear nothing from you guys, I'll assume that you don't care, so i'll proceed with this next week if hawks continues his inactivity.
